PBAT is a kind of thermo plasticity biodegradation based plastic. And PBAT’s appearance is white and we usually use it to make trash bag, shopping bag, mailer bag, etc.
And PLA is a very useful raw material. And it’s a new kind of bio-based, biodegradable and renewable material. PLA’s appearance is transparent and we usually use it to make straw, bag, cutlery, cold cup, etc.
CPLA is crystalline PLA. CPLA is a kind of crystalline polymer. So after crystallization, it has high temperature resistance due to arrangement of molecular chains. But at the same time, CPLA products also lose the original transparency.
Besides, CPLA’s temperature resistance is much higher than PLA. And the crystallization mode of CPLA includes inside mold crystallization and outside mold crystallization.
The heat tolerance of inside mold crystallization CPLA ranges from 90-100 degrees centigrade.
And the heat tolerance of outside mold crystallization CPLA ranges from 60-70 degrees centigrade. And outside mold crystallization needs to go through the drying path.
The production process of the cutlery is injection molding. And the injection molding process includes four stages: filling, maintaining pressure, cooling and demoulding. Injection molding is the process of manufacturing semi-finished products with a certain shape. And the operations of the process include pressure, injection, cooling, separation and so on.
